Today at 6:15pm, join fellow CrossFit athlete Dr. Bill Kempe of Airrosti Rehab Centers for a FREE 30 minute upper extremity mobility seminar. The seminar will run from 6:15pm-6:45pm (between the 5:30pm and 6:30pm WOD). All athletes are encouraged to attend, even if you aren't doing a WOD Monday evening.
